3. Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or unwanted items.

 4. Issue Resolution

4.1 Defective or Damaged Goods

  • Notification:
    • Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • Documentation:
    • Provide photos or videos of the defect or damage.
  • Resolution:
    • We will work with the manufacturer or carrier to arrange a replacement or repair as appropriate.

4.2 Incorrect Product Received

  • Notification:
    • Inform us immediately upon receipt.
  • Resolution:
    • We will arrange for the correct item to be sent as soon as possible.

4.3 Product Never Arrived

  • Notification:
    • Contact us if your product does not arrive within the estimated delivery time.
  • Resolution:
    • We will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange for a replacement if necessary.

4.4 Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:
    • Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet begun processing or shipping.
    • Approved cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee to cover payment processing costs.
  • After Shipment:
    • Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.  

Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not available.
