General Return and Refund Policy
At Great Arcade Warehouse we aim to deliver a fair, customer-friendly return experience while honoring our suppliers' requirements for handling, shipping, and product integrity. All returns/refunds require contacting our customer support team first support@greatarcadewarehouse.com for authorization, and may need proof of purchase, photos, or other details.
This general policy applies to most products unless an exception is noted below or in the product listing. We encourage reviewing supplier-specific notes during purchase.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled until 5 p.m. Central Time on the next business day. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, but before shipment, a 5% processing fee may be deducted to cover non-refundable transaction costs.
- Return Window: All products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Products with specific return conditions are listed in the Exceptions section below with their return window timelines.
- Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in like-new, undamaged condition with all original packaging, accessories, protective materials, and retail boxes. We inspect returns upon receipt and may deny refunds for signs of use, damage, or missing parts.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. Items must be returned and reordered as a new purchase.
- Defective Products: For manufacturing defects, we'll coordinate troubleshooting, repairs, replacements, or refunds (often with the supplier). Joint efforts (e.g., remote support, part swaps) may be required before a refund.

Shipping Responsibilities:
- Original shipping, customs, taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must package securely (insured/trackable recommended).
- We cover return shipping only if the issue is our error (e.g., wrong item shipped; defective products).
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% of the product value for non-defective returns (deducted from refund) to cover handling/repackaging. Restocking fees are based on supplier brands, which are listed below.
- Refund Processing: Issued to the original payment method (or agreed alternative) within 10-20 business days after receipt and inspection. Excludes non-refundable fees like– shipping/taxes.
- Damaged Deliveries: For certain freight shipments, suppliers may require damaged deliveries to be refused at the time of arrival in order to process a claim. We strongly recommend inspecting shipments carefully and contacting us immediately so we can guide you through the proper steps.
We do not accept returns on digital products, personalized/custom items (unless defective), consumables, or clearance/promotional items unless stated otherwise.
Exceptions to the General Policy
Certain products follow stricter supplier rules due to size, customization, fragility, or logistics. These override the general policy. Check product listings for flags.

X-Arcade, Quality Arcades, Umbrella Arcades:
- X-Arcade, Quality Arcades, and Umbrella Arcades products are not eligible for return due to change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction unrelated to a verified manufacturing defect.
- For damaged deliveries: Customers must inspect shipments upon arrival. Any visible damage must be documented and the shipment refused if damaged. Customers must notify us immediately so we can coordinate with the manufacturer. The manufacturer will file any applicable carrier insurance claims and arrange a replacement where appropriate. Accepted deliveries with damage may not be returnable at our expense, and minor transit wear (scratches or nicks) does not qualify.
- Defective items: We coordinate troubleshooting, repairs, or replacements. Refunds are only possible if the unit cannot be restored after reasonable efforts.
- Cancelations are only permitted if requested before the order has begun being processed. Please contact us at support@greatarcadewarehouse.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

DOF Reality and Sim Racing Studio:
- Refunds only for unrepairable defects after joint troubleshooting/repair/replacement efforts at the discretion of the manufacturer.
- Not eligible for return for change of mind or non-defect issues.
