Description
After hearing from our customers and trying all the golf mats the industry has to offer, we discovered that there was room for major improvement.
Through many long hours of brainstorming and rigorous testing we decided to develop the perfect mat for the everyday golfer.
With the SIGPRO® Softy golf mats we did exactly that. Also available in our larger SIGPRO 4 x 10 Golf Mat.

We set out to create the very best, most realistic hitting strip on the market. Think Augusta fairways, think Pinehurst – the SIGPRO® Softy is designed to feel like the very best fairways in the game.
How? After testing and deconstructing other mats from all the other companies, our design team discovered innovative materials and construction methods to produce the most realistic hitting surface that eliminates all possibilities of pain and soreness in your joints. The SIGPRO® Softy is our most premium artificial turf that is second to none in playability, accuracy, and responsive shape.

Design
Three compression slots on the bottom of the Softy act as release valves so as the turf is compressed at impact, the air pressure dissipates giving the golfer a realistic and smooth follow through without the sharp vibrations that other hitting mats produce.

SIGPRO® Golf Mats are as American as apple pie.
No corners were cut and no expenses were spared in creating this mat. While the other mats are also well made and of a high quality, common feedback is that they are either too forgiving, too grabby, or don't take a tee. Our mat was created as a response to our wants and needs as golfers.

Returns and Refunds
30 Day Easy Return Policy:
- If a customer needs to return an item for ANY reason, they're able to do so within 30-days.
- Customer is responsible for Return Shipping & Restocking Fee will be assessed and deducted from refund. *All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.*
How Do I Make A Return?
- Please contact support@greatarcadewarehouse.com, we will get the required information and submit your return for approval.
- Once approved, you will then ship the item(s) back to The Indoor Golf Shop where it will be inspected & assessed for the respective restocking fee & refund.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (we have to check to make sure the item is in good working order and there are no signs of product damage).
- Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, store credit, or original method of payment, within three days to three weeks pending your payment method and/or your bank's policy.
*Products eligible for return/exchange must be like new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories.*
*If a product exhibits visible signs of wear and use or is missing items, to the extent that The Indoor Golf Shop will no longer be able to re-sell the product as a "new" item, the returned product will be classified as a refurbished unit and an up to 40% restocking fee will be applied.*
Receipt Of Products & Damages
An adult must be present upon delivery of products to inspect and sign for goods received. It is very important that you thoroughly inspect the merchandise for any damages that may have occurred during transport. Contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged. A claim will be filed with the carrier, who will pick up and return the package, which must remain in its original box with original packaging. Once the carrier picks up the damaged product, we will work with our suppliers to have a replacement shipped to you.
Claims:
Parcel Claims: 14 Day Window to contact us that the package was received damaged or missing.
Freight Claims: Please contact us within 24 hours of your freight delivery if there is visible damage. Freight Claims must be submitted with our freight carrier within 5 Days of Delivery.
Warranty
If a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair or replace it for you at no extra charge. If repair or replacement in not available, you will receive a full refund. Contact us at support@greatarcadewarehouse.com to begin that process.
