Warranty

Quality Arcade products include a 6-month manufacturer’s limited warranty, provided directly by Quality Arcade. Coverage includes phone-based diagnostics and replacement parts for verified defective components.

This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or products used in commercial, business, or rental environments.

Display components (including TVs) are not covered under this warranty.

Great Arcade Warehouse does not provide an independent warranty for Quality Arcade products but will assist customers in coordinating warranty communication with the manufacturer where applicable.

Returns and Refunds

Quality Arcades products are not eligible for return due to change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction unrelated to a verified manufacturing defect.

For damaged deliveries: Customers must inspect shipments upon arrival. Any visible damage must be documented and the shipment refused if damaged. Customers must notify us immediately so we can coordinate with the manufacturer. The manufacturer will file any applicable carrier insurance claims and arrange a replacement where appropriate. Accepted deliveries with damage may not be returnable at our expense, and minor transit wear (scratches or nicks) does not qualify.

Defective items: We coordinate troubleshooting, repairs, or replacements. Refunds are only possible if the unit cannot be restored after reasonable efforts.

Cancellation Requests: Due to the customizations made for each machine, no cancellations will be permitted once your order has begun processing. If you want to cancel your order please contact us at support@greatarcadewarehouse.com as soon as possible.
