Warranty
Quality Arcade products include a 6-month manufacturer’s limited warranty, provided directly by Quality Arcade. Coverage includes phone-based diagnostics and replacement parts for verified defective components.
This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or products used in commercial, business, or rental environments.
Display components (including TVs) are not covered under this warranty.
Great Arcade Warehouse does not provide an independent warranty for Quality Arcade products but will assist customers in coordinating warranty communication with the manufacturer where applicable.
