The manufacturer’s warranty may include replacement parts for verified manufacturing defects in select components, which may include the motor, pro-arm netting, sky netting, and projection screen, as determined by the manufacturer.
What is not covered:
Product abuse, misuse, neglect, improper handling, unauthorized repairs or modifications, third-party repairs, and normal wear and tear. Wear items, including the projection screen, are not covered for normal wear or degradation.
Warranty eligibility and coverage determinations are made solely by the manufacturer.
Great Arcade Warehouse does not provide an independent warranty for HomeCourse products but will assist customers in coordinating warranty communication with the manufacturer where applicable.
