Shipping times may vary, and when orders are processed, tracking information will be sent accordingly.

Lead Times for Shipping:

• Golf Studios: 3-7 business days
• Standard SportScreens: 1–3 business days
• Custom SportScreens & Custom Golf Studios: 10–15 business days

We will accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase for any reason (see below for terms and conditions)

• 30 day return of the date of purchase for any reason 
• Shipping charges (including brokerage fees, customs fees, taxes, etc.) are non-refundable. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• A 5% administration fee will be incurred on the refund for products canceled prior to shipping.
• For returned products, a restocking fee of 35% will be applied based on the value of the returned product. A refund of 65% of the product value will be issued once the product has been received, reviewed, and approved in our facility. Please note any tariffs or fees incurred will not be refunded.
• Additionally, customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to The SportScreen. This includes shipping charges, brokerage fees, tariffs, taxes, and customs fees. 
• Great Arcade Warehouse is not responsible for any incorrect sized units due to incorrect measurements from the customer and any exchanges will be subject to the 35% restocking fee
