SportScreen Golf products include a 2-year manufacturer’s limited defect warranty, provided directly by The SportScreen, beginning on the date of original consumer purchase and subject to the manufacturer’s terms and eligibility requirements.

This warranty applies only to SportScreen Golf products used for golf applications and purchased through an authorized distributor. Coverage is limited to verified defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use, as determined by the manufacturer.

Impact screens:
Impact screens are considered consumable items and are not covered for normal wear and tear. However, impact screens include a 2-year manufacturer's defect warranty for verified manufacturing defects only.

What is not covered:
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections (including scratches, minor indentations, creasing from packaging or transit), accidental damage, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, commercial or rental use, outdoor installation, and DIY or custom-built installations.

Warranty claims:
Proof of purchase and photos of the reported defect are required. Warranty eligibility, coverage, and remedies (repair or replacement) are determined solely by the manufacturer.

Great Arcade Warehouse does not provide an independent warranty for SportScreen Golf products but will assist customers in coordinating warranty communication with the manufacturer where applicable.
