Umbrella Arcades products include a 3-year manufacturer’s limited warranty, provided directly by Umbrella Arcades.
This warranty covers components only and does not include the steel frame. Covered components may be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion.
Warranty service may require individual components to be returned, or replacement components may be shipped to the customer.
Warranty eligibility, coverage, and remedies are determined solely by the manufacturer.
Great Arcade Warehouse does not provide an independent warranty for Umbrella Arcades products, but will assist customers in coordinating warranty communication with the manufacturer where applicable.
