We now offer a One-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase, covering all X-Arcade™ products. Here's what the new policy entails:

1. Coverage: This warranty comprehensively covers any defects in the materials or workmanship in all X-Arcade™ products, including arcade sticks, and accessories.

2. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, damage originating from misuse, abuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or repairs.

3. Resolution: If a product defect is identified, X-Arcade™ will either repair the product at no charge, replace the product, or refund the initial purchase price at our discretion.

4. Claim Process: Should you wish to claim under this warranty, the first step is to get in touch with X-Arcade™ customer service via our website, providing the receipt or proof of purchase. X-Arcade™ will assess whether your product qualifies for a warranty claim and will guide you through the subsequent necessary steps.

5. Shipping: The customer may be responsible for shipping costs for sending the item to us, but we'll cover the return shipping after servicing the product.

6. Exclusivity: This limited warranty supersedes all other warranties, whether implicit or explicit, statutory or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
